One in a series of whole leaf, single hop Pale Ales meant to explore the nuances of minimally-processed hop flowers, Cut of the Leaf: Centennial bursts with floral notes of lemon oil and fresh lime zest. The end result is golden, refreshing, and highly quaff-able. Unlike pellet hops, whole leaf hops (a.k.a whole flower, or whole cone) are cured in their natural state, retaining more of their refined, delicate aromas.
