Nothing is quite as charming as the character you get from beers sitting in oak barrels and refermenting with the wildest of yeast and
bacteria. For the first offering from our Sour Barrel Room, we’ve blended together six
different beers aged in French oak wine barrels for over a year to create a single beverage with an undeniable amount of je ne sais quoi.

Undeniable Charm is a golden Wild Ale with bright, acidic notes of white grape and apricot and a delightful hint of oak-driven vanilla.
