The Chef’s Counter offers one of the best views in the restaurant. The seats are front and center in the action, and patrons dining there get a first-hand look at the chefs cooking the dishes of the night while they dine.
Another bonus at the counter–Executive Chef Bob Cooks’s special seven-course Tasting Menu. The menu changes nightly and is only available at the Chef’s Counter. If you are looking for a more elevated dining experience, this is it. Or if you are a regular and looking to try as many of the dishes you love, often with a new twist, this is a great dining option. Reservations must be booked at least 48 hours in advance and substitutions are not available. The cost is $80 per person and there will be an optional beverage pairing as well for an additional charge.
Guests can still dine at the Chef’s Counter and order off the regular menu.
