About Us
The Rise Of Craft Beer
Our shared beginnings were of homebrewing and beer advocating, of small beer retail shops and heart-driven research. In 2014, a group of impassioned, like-minded souls opened a brewpub on the upper peninsula of Charleston, South Carolina. In 2017 we opened Edmund’s Oast Brewing Company, a production brewery and taproom restaurant in that same upper peninsula of one of America’s oldest cities.
Designed to push limits
We hope to imbue our passion into the brewing culture that Edmund’s Oast embodies – both in the people that we are and the place that we call home. And while never taking ourselves too seriously, we continue to endeavor to churn out fun, surprising, and thoughtful brews, meant to refresh and delight.
