We consider it an honor and privilege to be able to dive into the world of the Czech brewing traditions. Of course, approaching the level of the true masters is a goal we may never attain, but we do hope you enjoy drinking these homages as much as we do making them.

Fistful of Foam is our take on a pale Czech-style lager, brewed with 100% Czech-style floor-malted barley, Saaz hops, soft water and something approaching a decoction mash. Expect a dark gold and hop forward lager with layers of culture transcending complexity.
