For their 10th anniversary, we wanted to make something special for our friends at Methodical Coffee. We wanted to showcase their coffee in a beer that let the coffee take center stage. Riffing off of our (dare we say) modern classic, “Cereal For Dinner”, we brewed a toasty blonde ale with a dash of milk sugar and loaded it to the brim with Methodical’s “Blue Boy” blend, plus a heaping helping of Madagascar vanilla beans to bring the whole thing together.

Expect a showcase of fresh coffee aromas, all dancing around a silky malt body and backed up by heady notes of French vanilla ice cream.
