Old Ale brewed with Black Tea and Molasses with Cherries added
From the earth all the ingredients we make into that unfermented substrate which becomes beer grow. Grain kernels, hop flowers, tea leaves, cherry flesh, sugar cane – they are alive, they die, and they are transformed into a primordial broth our yeast culture consumes. Taken in by our bodies and transformed again, the cycle continues back into the earth.
