Forgotten Orchard

Somewhere in the forgotten hollows of the mountain country, a barren orchard rests and remembers all the hands that used to tend its trees. It also remembers their greedy transgressions and the atonement that was called for, as their bones continue to litter the rootstock.

Forgotten Orchard is a dark barleywine aged in the deep emptiness of Calvados barrels for over 13 months. Expect unctuous notes of fire-roasted apples, warming brandy, vanilla custard, and scorched caramels.
