Oyster Catcher is our third collaboration with The M.A.R.S.H. Project. These collaborations typically feature plants native to South Carolina. However, Round Three of the series is brewed with oyster shells to commemorate the installation of The M.A.R.S.H. Project’s first living shoreline with the S.C. Oyster Recycling and Enhancement Program (SCORE) at the mouth of Halsey Creek—Penny’s Reef.

Expect an easy-drinking stout with notes of coffee, chocolate, and a subtle minerality from the shells.
