Carl Cross, (yes, that Carl Cross), the one that was mugged in Southeast Asia and has a phobia of pigs’ tails separated from their bodies, came to brew another collaboration with us on behalf of his renowned sandwich shop, The Half.

Departure to Helles will take you on one hell of a ride to flavor-town. Modeled after the rich Helles Bock lagers of Germany, Departure is deep gold with intense notes of fresh baked bread, wildflower honey, and hints of cherries in the background. Be careful, once you’re on Carl’s train, it’s hard to get off.
