fluidity, we have fermented a beverage that lacks clear definition.

Brewed in conjunction with Patti O’Furniture and the Divas On Tap, who host fabulous drag shows in our taproom, Gender Fluid is a
delicious mélange of citrus fruit and
Champagne and Saison yeast strains. The flamboyant result hints at a complexity
reminiscent of the best Sunday Mimosas.
