Hatchback
Beer and barbecue are one of the most natural pairings we can imagine, and our neighbors over at Rancho Lewis do it (and their Mexican-inspired cuisine) better than anyone we know. When they asked us to brew a beer with Hatch chile peppers for their annual Hatch Chile Roast, we jumped at the chance.
In this little Hatchback, you can expect a refreshing, malt forward golden ale with big notes of fresh chile pepper on the nose, with just the subtlest wisp of warmth and smoke on the tongue.
