We’d be amiss by not giving a strong shout out to our friends in the malt-making business – those agriculturally-minded, flavor-oriented souls who provide us the rich palette of
delectable grains from which to paint the
tapestries of beerdom. Specifically, the fine folks at Briess in Wisconsin asked us to brew a beer based around their Blonde RoastOat Malt, and boy were we happy to oblige.
Silky texture folded into nuances of the
crispiest breakfast cereals, kissed with the lightest dose of milk sugar and drops of honey make this sessionable blonde ale both
ridiculously tasty and utterly quaffable.
