On Sunday, October 24, at 2 p.m., the Exchange at Edmund’s Oast will host a Somm School 2.0 class focused on Piedmont, Italy, led by Certified Sommelier Colin Lee. This is the next level of the Exchange’s Somm School series! The class will lead participants through this iconic region and its famed grapes and subregions. You will learn history, soil types, and of course tackle the subregions of Barolo and Barbaresco where the Nebbiolo grape rules. But you will also go beyond Nebbiolo and learn of other great grapes like Arneis, Grignolino, and Dolcetto.

We are keeping the class size small and per our new COVID policy we are asking for proof of vaccination from all our class attendees.
