The Charleston Beer Exchange plans to undergo some major changes.

The shop will relocate early next year to a two-story, 2,000-square-foot new building beside Edmund’s Oast Brewpub in the peninsula’s Half Mile North/NoMo area and change its name to Edmund’s Oast Exchange, said Scott Shor, who owns both businesses.
